Outlook exchange address book not updating
I have an exchange 2010 environment, and clients running outlook 2007 with cached exchange mode turned on.
Step 2: Now, enter a name for users new email profile.

After that, user able to see some account settings as well.
I'm unable to update any of my Outlook 20 clients offline address books.
If I blow out their profile and re-sync they get current / new addresses, however, if a user is added they are not updated. The 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Exchange OAB' folder is showing not updated in a month. check whether OAB is properly generated on the server.
